A Fitness Seminar Designed For Trainers

This 90 minute hands-on seminar focuses on the keys to unlocking maximum performance in the human body. The knowledge gained from this information will allow trainers and athletes to know when to push aggressively in their training and when to seek help to remove interferences in the body that limit performance or increase vulnerability to injury.

This class is designed especially for trainers, fitness instructors, physical therapists, and movement therapists. The information targeted at helping your clients continue to progress in their training with greater success and less injury. However, the information presented will be very useful to performance athletes, yogis and bodybuilders.
